Roof Replacement Direct did an amazing job on my aunt's house. Richard was great to work with—he was professional, friendly, and kept us informed throughout the entire project. He answered all of our questions and made the whole process easy from start to finish.

During the roof replacement, they ran into a few unexpected issues, but Richard took care of everything without any hassle. He explained what needed to be done, handled the repairs the right way, and made sure nothing was overlooked. It was nice to work with a company that pays attention to the details instead of taking shortcuts.

The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The new roof looks fantastic, and the quality of the workmanship really shows.

I highly recommend Roof Replacement Direct to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company. Richard and his team went above and beyond, and we're very happy with the results.
